Once you create a project, you can track its status from your dashboard. You'll see real-time updates as your project moves through the stages: review, pricing, payment, development, and delivery.
While we match you with developers based on project requirements and expertise, you can let us know if you've worked with a developer before and would like to work with them again. Contact us before submitting your project.
Your payment is held in escrow until you approve the delivered work. If something isn't right, you can request revisions or contact our support team. We don't release funds until you're satisfied with the result.
