It started with a simple observation: finding a reliable Laravel developer shouldn't feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. As developers ourselves, we'd been on both sides of the equation — the frustration of hunting for quality help, and the challenge of finding meaningful projects.
The Spark
In 2024, while sitting in a cozy coffee shop in Bergen watching the rain dance on the cobblestones outside, we had a realization. The Laravel community is incredible — passionate, skilled, and supportive. But connecting businesses with the right developers? That was broken.
Freelance platforms were cluttered with noise. Agencies charged premium rates but delivered inconsistent quality. And direct hiring? A time-consuming gamble. There had to be a better way.
